  • No. We’re a management accounting practice. We DO NOT do year-end tax lodgement or tax planning services.

    We do advise the following tax under the BAS provision.

    • GST

    • Payroll

    • PAYGW & PAYGI

    • Wine equalisation tax

    • luxury car tax

    • Fuel tax

    • Fringe benefits tax law (relating to collection and recovery only)

    For other tax advice rather than what is stated above, we can either

    1) work closely with your tax agent or

    2) work with our associated tax expert to address your tax-related needs.

  • No. We’re a virtual accounting team. We work offsite remotely from our home office.

    However, there are some instances where onsite visits are needed, such as meetings or training. In these cases, we’ll visit your business premises.

  • Absolutely. In-house Team Accounting is a cloud-based practice. Data security is at the forefront of our minds, so we only use industry-leading online tools to ensure our clients’ data is 100% safe.

    Our apps or software are industry leaders and have world-class encrypted security measures and a well-established reputation. In most cases, your data is safer to keep with these providers than storing them at your premises. For example:

    • We use Xero and MYOB for bookkeeping.

    • We use Microsoft One Drive for cloud filing and backups, as well as local backups.

    • We use Stripe to process credit card payments. In-hosue Team Accounting does not store your credit card details.

    • We use GoCardless to process direct debit payments.

  • We provide services to small businesses across Western Australia.
